Cisco has retired all versions of the Jabber XCP product effective December 18th, 2015.
Cisco will no longer distribute or support the Jabber XCP product or associated clients such as Jabber MomentIM. Customers currently using Jabber XCP are encouraged to transition to the latest Cisco Jabber on-prem or cloud offering.

Previous customers are still able to login to the Support site to view previous tickets but any new tickets that are submitted will not be supported nor responded to. There are no SLAs associated with this product nor are we responding to any new tickets submitted after Dec 18, 2016.
